I ordered almost a month ago and have yet to receive my order. I sent a message via the "contact us" page and never got a response so maybe a bad review will get someone to talk to me? I've ordered before and was really happy with it at the time so it's a shame the customer service is so bad that I can't even get an update on my $200 order. It was supposed to be a gift and instead I have nothing to give my mom tomorrow for her birthday.
I bought a sample pack from etsy and I really loved the scents in it! I just HAD to come back and buy a full size of one of them. I bought Victorian Lace, Kraken, and Black No. 1 and I LOVED them!!!
Everything smells amazing. I ordered at an awkward time right before holidays and was prepared for the delivery to be later than usual. But then the snow storms hit the south and delayed shipping again! However it's always worth the wait.
I only wish I would have ordered another baba yaga, it's so intoxicating
I got an email saying it was being shipped 12/11/24. I sent an email on 12/23 asking where it was. I then sent a contact message and still heard nothing. It's now 12/26 I haven't seen nor heard anything from the company! So disappointed!!!!
