    ordered august 7th, still not shipped

    ordered august 7th, shipping label created sept. 7th, it's sept 21st and they still have not shipped it. from what I've heard, this is pretty standard from them. I know their perfume is amazing from a past purchase, but is this really worth it? I'll email them, but I've also heard they don't respond to any kind of contact. I don't think it's a mistake, I think they know exactly where my order is and that it needs to be shipped.
