Never got it

I’ve been trying to get a hold of ghoulish goods for a few days now. I spent 66.50 and my package got lost in the mail. I tried to make a claim with the post office but I need info from ghoulish goods to do so and I’m getting no response. If I don’t get my money back this will be my last order with them
