This scent was inspired by Type O Negative's song, "Black No.1", with notes of crisp fall leaves, burning cedar, smoke and incense.

I wanted to capture the essence of burning leaves as well as autumn air, a faint whisp of clove cigarettes, freshly dyed hair and wolf skin boots. The scent opens up with deep Notes of leather, incense and smoke. Then, brightens slightly with spiced fruit in autumn air, intermingled with warm amber. Wrapped up on a base of burning cedar and musk. This is a deep, gender neutral scent, not for the faint of heart

This is a Ghoulish Goods signature blend, the scent notes are:

Top- incense, cedar leaf

Middle- green leaves, smoke, pine, spiced fruit

Bottom- cedar, amber, musk, leather

    Never received my item

Never received my item, yet you’re asking me to provide a review? This was ordered as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Obviously it didn’t arrive. I was provided a tracking number with USPS, but they never received the item to deliver. How about a status update??

Yeah you wanna go out 'cause it's rainin' and blowin'...

    "Little wolf skin boots

    And clove cigarettes

    An erotic funeral

    For which she's dressed

    Her perfume smells like

    Burning leaves

    Everyday is Halloween"

This excerpt from Type O Negative's "Black No. 1" perfectly describes this perfume and has kind of served as inspiration, as the description suggests.
There's really not too much more left to say; it matches the references quite well.
This scent was also how I found this shop; being the cheesy Type O fan that I am, I searched for perfumes related to said song some time back and found this one, among others, which turned out to be my favourite Type O themed scent.

This one is definitely in my top three of more than 30 perfume oils I've tried so far; it shares the second place with "Victorian Lace" and is only surpassed by "Cursed Carnival"

More a Christmas/Yule scent for me

You DEFINITELY get the spiced fruit. And I think that's what contributes to me getting the 'Christmas' vibe for this scent.

Where Memento Mori is a late fall Slightly into Winter vibe, this scent is ALL winter vibes, to me. Like you're drinking mulled berry wine and holiday shopping, so there's a tinge of cold in the air and incense/fall scented candles are lit in the stores. This scent house REALLY likes its cinnamon note. Those spices are the strongest hit in this, first on my skin. All spiced mulled fruits. Which is why I give it 4/5. Cause from the description I was expecting a smoky leather and cedar/wood and fall leaves vibe. But I don't get any leather at all (My kingdom for a good leather scent!), and really no woodiness. Just strong wintery spiced fruits. Very pleasant smelling, though! Still definitely going to wear (the sample at least) during the late fall/winter season!
